Baku, Finance Time. Kapital Bank which always cares for its customers has launched "KapitalBonus" project. Kapital Bank, which has the largest customer base of more than 2 billion to 200 thousand active card holders, will be able to take advantage of this opportunity. Thus, the project is intended for the entire payment card holders.

The project covers 2 areas. When Kapital Bank card holders purchase with the cards both in the country, and also in worldwide, the Bank returns a portion of the commission income into the customer's card account. In other words, everything happens in the previous order, the customer does not lose anything, but sharing its profit with customers, the bank gains extra cost. 

The second direction of the Kapital bank’s project applies discounts to cardholders by dealing with trade, public catering establishments operating in Azerbaijan. Thus, bank's cardholders can earn 2%, 3%, 10%, etc. bonus amount while paying in the trade and service networks having partnership with Kapital bank. The amount of the bonus will be refunded into the customer's card the day after the operation in cash. As the new project began, more than 100 trade and service points apply "KapitalBonus" discounts. Farid Mammadov, the first Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank stated that, it is a loyalty program for customers:  "Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We tried to identify priority areas that interesting to them by analyzing market research and customers’ wants and needs.  Currently, "KapitalBonus" is applied in a number of medical facilities, household appliances, clothing stores etc. We are going to increase the number of partners and range of services over the field”.
