Baku, Finance Time. Unibank offers the young people aspiring to successful banking careers great opportunities. The students standing out for excellent educational background and profound knowledge can start their careers thanks to the ‘Young Innovators’ project by Unibank.

The first stage of the project is over already, having added 4 students to the ‘Young Innovators’ programme. About 50 student reference files are kept as a reserve in the database of the HR Department, besides.

The ‘Young Innovators’ is a scholarship aiming at the students who wish to build up careers in the technical sector. The young people who have passed the initial stage will take the specialisation training at the bank for 3 months. The scholarship is up to AZN 400 depending on the knowledge of the candidate. Apart from the allowance, the programme gives its participants the chance to gain experience and join the team of professionals at Unibank eventually.

The recent IT graduates and post-graduate students have joined the scholarship programme of Unibank. They were chosen through the written exam and the interviews. The scholarship recipients who complete the programme successfully will be offered employment at the Bank.
