HVS Capital Corp (HVSCC) is pleased to announce that in the past 30 days it served as exclusive financial advisor to the owners of five hotels in successfully arranging attractive, senior debt financing. The properties include the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites in Jacksonville, FL; the Holiday Inn Sea World in San Antonio, TX; the Comfort Suites in Greensboro, NC; and the La Quinta Inn and Suites in Columbus, TX. 

Each of these properties was an excellent candidate for the placement of new low-cost debt, enabling each to improve the financial returns realized by their owners, explains Bill Sipple, Executive Managing Director of HVS Capital Corp. Loans for three of the hotels were at a fixed-rate, and two were floating rate loans. Several of the properties included Capex dollars needed to further enhance the propertys value,he added.
