According to him, lump-sum payments on savings made AZN 37 mln. Bank receives 14-15,000 appeals every day.
He also explained dissatisfactions on the term of repayment: “As it is known, the tem of consideration of appeals and passing decision take 5 days and delays are observed in certain cases and we face dissatisfactions in connection with this. I’d like to say that, those delays are related with documents, problems in appeals, searching of archive documents and other such of issues”.
He also noted that, although the Centre receives information about accepting of certain money by bank’s staffs, this was not true. Generally rotation principle is conducted in departments of banks and composition of personnel engaging in repayments is changed in every 10 days.
