As reports Finance Time, referring to the “E-Azerbaijan.info”, The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has announced the winner of the tender for update of hardware and software platform of the Temenos banking operating system. According tothe received information, consortium composed of the Colvir Software Solutions Ltd.(UK) and Azerbaijan'sSINAM has become the tender's winner.It should be noted that Colvir Software Solutions Ltd.will actasthe main contractor, and SINAMas a subcontractor in this project.

Within the framework of this project, new hardwareand software are to be installed in the Head Office (Baku) and backup centers located in Sumgait and Yevlakh.

In addition, licensed JBase Enterprise Edition platform-based Temenos banking operating system will be installed and online replication between the Central Bank’s Head Office and its backup centers will be created.
