AccessBank is proud to announce the launch of the Access2Success project for the third time, aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan. This initiative will be implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Access2Success provides participants with essential resources, knowledge, and support to successfully develop their businesses.

The project aims to create a favorable environment for women seeking to realize their business ideas and strengthen their market positions. Participants will gain access to educational programs, expert consultations, and networking opportunities.

The project includes training and mentoring programs covering topics such as financial management, marketing, strategic planning, and much more.

Applications for participation in the Access2Success project are now open, and women entrepreneurs from all sectors of the economy are invited to join this initiative.

The first Access2Success project was launched in 2022, attracting approximately 200 candidates. Of these, 53 individuals met the requirements and participated. The second Access2Success project was implemented in 2023, selecting 50 women from over 250 applications. During the 5-week program, women entrepreneurs received training in strategic business development, crisis management, reporting to government agencies, sales, marketing, e-commerce, personnel management, and business control.
