Baku, Finance Time. The main organizer of KAZANSUMMIT 2013 Tatarstan Investment Development Agency (TIDA) will be under the spotlight at the III Annual Investment Meeting (AIM), which will be held April 30- May 2 2013, in Dubai, UAE.

Participation in the work of AIM confirmed President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

According to the press relations service of AIM, an area of 200 m² will be offered in 2013 to present the investment potential of Tatarstan where it will be highlighted Tatarstan investment projects in the spheres such as logistics (airports, roads), power industry (electric power generation and distribution, renewable energy, oil and gas; also in tourism, real estate, healthcare, education and others).

The similarities between AIM and KAZANSUMMIT should be noted. Both events offer a diverse, focused on the main tasks program (conference, presentations of countries, worktables, exhibition, B2B meetings). 

In addition, both forum and summit enable leaders and experts of the world economy to get to know the investment projects of different countries and regions, and also to discuss the prospects of growth of frontier and developing markets. 

In this connection, Organizing Committee of KAZANSUMMIT 2013 invites all participants of AIM to participate in the V International Summit: Economic cooperation of Russia and OIC countries – KAZANSUMMIT 2013.

Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) is a three-day event that focuses on industry and investment with different functions and events directed to strengthening of the international trade cooperation, including an exhibition of projects and presentation of companies, conference of leading participants.

Tatarstan delegation participates in AIM for the second time.  Within the Annual Investment Meeting of AIM 2012 it was launched the global campaign for promotion of the Republic of Tatarstan in the world markets “INVEST in Tatarstan”. Rustam Minnikhanov delivered a welcome speech at the opening ceremony and held a series of bilateral meetings. Tatarstan stand claimed to be the best stand of the exhibition. The stand showed the investment possibilities of the SEZ “Alabuga”, also large enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan that produce world-class products (KAZAZ, Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorky, “Rimera-Alnas” and others).
