Baku, Finance Time. In order to evaluate the application of good standards of Corporate Governance, Azerbaijan Micro-finance Association (AMFA) has announced  for the nomination of "Good Corporate Governance" awards program among the member organizations. For the determination of the quality indicator of "Effective Corporate Governance", the experts was selected from International Financial Institutions, including the corporate governance experts from the  International Finance Corporation. 

On 29 of January, 2013, at the 6th Annual Award Dinner of AMFA, TuranBank was declared as a winner of "Effective corporate governance" nomination.
