Baku, FinanceTime.  On December 2nd the extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Azer-Turk Bank Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) was held. At a meeting the decision on a number of changes was made.

By desicion of the Supervisory Board, Khalid Nureddin oglu Ahadov was elected the member of the Board of Directors. Besides, temporary execution of a position of the Chairman of Bank was entrusted to him.

Khalid Ahadov performs activities in the bank sphere from 1999th year. Till today he held such positions as the Vice Chairman of the Board of JSC Bank of Baku, and also was a Chief Executive Officer of JSC Unibank. To a new position he was the Chairman of the Board of the Board of Directors of Bank Standard which is in process of liquidation.
