European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s Business Advisory Services suggests grants from 25% to 75% to Azerbaijani entrepreneurs on the contracts signed with the condition of maximum worth of € 10,000. 

According to APA-ECONOMICS, the granting covers market analyse and planning, business planning, feasibility, partner seeking, reconstruction of enterprise, agriculture, researches, automatization of production systems (CAD/CAM), engineering technical solutions, management of quality and certification (ISO/HACCP), environment and energy effectiveness and other spheres. 

The requirements for enterprises receiving support are following: staff must be 250+, shareholder must not be foreign investors and the enterprise must not be private, enterprise must have specialist managers, they must not concern military industry complex, tobacco industry and financial institutions, the enterprises must have payable ability of 25-75% of total project. 

Therefore, EBRD invites local businessmen intending to use financial mechanisms (credit, grant) to connect with it.
