Azerbaijan-based  NBC Bank has given AZN 1.590 mln mortgage loans from October 2011 to July, 2012. APA-ECONOMICS, approximately 2/3 part of this is concessional mortgage loans (annual 4%). 

Note that, 80-85% of mortgage loans users make youths. Bank plans to increase limit for next stage. 

NBC Bank has joined Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund since August 1, 2011.
