Baku, Finance Time. On the occasion of 1 June – International Children’s Day, Rabitabank OJSC hold blood donation campaign for the children suffering from thalassemia and hemophilia. The main goal of the campaign was to support children registered in the Republican Thalassemia Center and in need of monthly blood transfusions.
More than 50 employees of the bank voluntarily participated in blood donation and in total 6 liters blood was donated within the framework of this campaign. As a continuation of campaign, Rabitabank OJSC, visited Republican Thalassemia Center where more than 1000 children are registered and met with some of children, congratulated them on 1st June – International Children’s Day by presenting holiday gifts.
This campaign implemented within the framework of Rabitabank’s Corporate Social Responsibility program with organizational support from Blood Donors Association and Azerbaijan Thalassemia Federation is expected to be carried out by covering the Bank’s 22 branch offices and 2 divisions operating within Baku capital and regions in the future. .
It is worth to note that, Rabitabank that has been operating in the country as the main partner of small and medium business for more than 22 years is providing its financial services both to physical and legal entities in different directions through its wide branch network.
