Baku, Finance Time. The management of AtaInsurance participated in the international conference on “Operational excellence in insurance” held in Munich, Germany on 23-24 May. Vice Chairman of the Executive Board Orkhan Mammadov represented the company in the event. More than 60 influential participants of insurance field from 21 countries took part in the event where global insurance companies such as AVIVA, Zurich Insurance, AXA, ACE and XL insurance were present.

In 2 day conference speakers presented current problems and prospects of insurance, and new directions in order to ensure the operational excellence in insurance. In addition, the participants shared their knowledge and experience in increasing the efficiency of customer data management and in other issues.
