Thus, Azercell has scored 64% in the latest Net Promote Score (NPS) evaluation for the second quarter of 2017, by surpassing all of its competitors. In fact, Azercell became the first company in Azerbaijan that started to measure the Customer Loyalty Index – NPS in 2014. the company retained its leading position in NPS performance in local mobile telco market in the second quarter of 2017. It should be noted, that this time the methodology of NPS evaluation included both Baku and the regions.
NPS index measures the loyalty of the customer to the product or the company and its willingness to recommend the product and services to others. By applying this unique evaluation, Azercell has proved its leading position in the sphere of customer care services. This innovative metric allows Azercell to study the customer needs more carefully and organize its activity by considering their preferences.
